IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING THE INITIAL DEPOSIT:

 

1. Starting August 1, 2023, please be advised that Online Medics will request a 35 usd or $5000 initial deposit for the submission of STUDENT APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION into any of our programs. Persons interested in the Online Medics Prerequisite Exam for Direct Entry to the American Allied Health Exams (AAH) Exams are required to pay their fee in full.  This is due to the fact that it has come to our attention that a number of applicants who have been granted enrollment approval for the NCTVET and the American Allied Health Exams were only interested in receiving free consultation. In our opinion, this is an unfair conduct since
   
   - Our partners and staff have taken the time to review and assess the applicant’s file and
   - Possible assignment of enrollment spots for an applicant which could result in creating a longer waiting period for other students who were interested in the program.
   
    

2. Furthermore, please take note should we refuse an enrollment, Online Medics will refund the total initial deposits amount within two business days.
    

3. KINDLY BE AWARE, ONLINE MEDICS UTILIZES ITS PAYMENT PROCESSING SERVICES VIA A PAYMENT LINK PROVIDED BY THE NATIONAL COMERCIAL BANK. IN YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD STATEMENT, YOU WOULD NOTICE THE NAME ONLINE MEDICS AS THE BENEFICIARY. WE WOULD NOT PROVIDE YOU WITH ANY CALL REQUESTING PAYMENT INFORMATION OR PERSONAL DETAILS. OTHER OPTIONS INCLUDE DIRECT DEPOSIT AT ANY OF OUR AFFLIATED BANKS LISTED BELOW. A COPY OF THE BANK RECEIPT MUST BE UPLOADED WITH YOUR APPLICATION OR VIA EMAIL TO general_info@medicolegal.support.
